Re: Portals of London
As to Blackheath.... The Dead Zone! I suppose you know that folks who died in mediaeval times from the Black Death were buried here. A sizeable part of London from around Hyde Park going well past the Tower of London is covered by plague pits, which is one reason why the underground and C...

Re: Portals of London
As I said it is a well-written piece of fiction, if anyone is interested in looking at something that isn't fiction than suggest Time Slips, St Albans seems to have numerous

Portals of London
Over the Christmas period, this blog suddenly appeared and gained a cult following. One story in the blog told the tale of the Greenwich foot tunnel anomaly, another about a lost village in a marsh behind the Olympic park and yet another about disappearing people and dogs on Blackheath common. The w...

Tower of London to Stanton Moor
Does anyone know anything about the line that runs from the Tower of London (HM Tower & Fortress to gives its correct name!) and the King's Stone on Stanton Moor in Derbyshire. Is this part of the Fortress Line? Are there any maps? Not looking for straight line alignment but where the lines may ...

Re: Blue Bell Hill active again?
Mike, I have to correct you about the three women seen on Blue Bell Hill One is a young girl, one is is a young woman who throws herself under vehicles, the third is an old hag, the last people who saw her said she was clutching twigs in her hand and when she looked at them her mouth opened but noth...

The mother, the medium and the murder that changed the law
It is 80 years since the murder of 10-year-old Mona Tinsley, a case which was by turns grisly, seedy and bizarre. It enthralled a nation and helped change the age-old principle that a murder could not be proved without a body. Interesting as it features dowsers http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-...

Re: Michael/Mary Line
when I dowsed the Michael Line at Deacon Hill I found it to be about two feet wide, when I followed it down off the hill eastwards it crossed the road sooner and went further north by a little bit, when I checked walking from south to north across a field I found it was about 100 feet wide, I got th...

Re: Walbrzych Nazi Gold Train
I watched this, more convinced than ever they are looking in the wrong area, although suspect a tunnel entrance near to where they are digging. Don't know understand why nobody has test drilled through the tunnel wall where they suspect the station is under the castle?

Re: Isles of Scilly
Before the end of the last ice age, the seas around the islands would have been dry land, pretty much like Dogger Land, in fact, these plains would have stretched into the where the Irish Sea is now and right up to where Doggerland was. They found remains of a village and part of a skull belonging t...

Drombeg has solved the riddle of Stonehenge
Hmmm wishful thinking I think! Stonehenge is in a complicated landscape so I am doubtful with this idea.

Re: M&M's
Thought I update this thread. If you follow the Icknield Way west from Deacon Hill (Pegsdon Hill) on the left (South) is a field where this crop circle appeared several years ago http://www.alamy.com/stock-photo-crop-circle-near-hitchin-hertfordshire-uk-9158178.html also this for a general idea of t...

Do the Michael and Mary Lines pass by, if not through one of the Islands?
