I found this fascinating, being in the same country as me (although a bit too far away to visit easily) and I have actually ordered the book about it. So, hopefully when I get the book, I will find out more.

I have also found a stone row on Chagford Common (Dartmoor) that appears to mirror the Belt.

Adam's Calendar. Discovering The Oldest Man-made Structure On Earth. 75 000 years ago.

I just got this book, and its a coffee table type book with some amazing pics in it. I haven't read all the way through it, but what I have read is enough to make me realize these guys are onto something. Its absolutely fascinating.

Its basically about a series of ancient ruins, running from South Africa to Kenya and beyond, which consist of dwellings, forts, temples, roads, irrigation systems and agricultural terraces that cover thousands of square kilometres. Some of them are built in or contain Hindu and/or arabic symbols and/or words. Some appear to be astronomical observatories.

That reminds me, I did pick up traces of that Civilization that existed some 20,000 years ago in the Silver Sands area (between Cape Town and Stellenbosch) when I was remotely dowsing a friend's property a few years ago.

Well, whomever they were, they definately seemed to be fairly advanced and even did some gold mining. The book about it is fascinating and well worth getting if you are into that type of thing.

For me the oldest ancient site in the World so far is the Giants Circle on the Goland Heights, this for me dowses 80000 years old when it was laid out all that time ago.
