Latest update on the Symposium is that a new provisional date of July 4 has been set - obviously still subject to change at the moment.

The Symposium has officially been moved to Saturday 12 September and will include the AGM. I guess that means there's no Conference this year then?

An update from the BSD:

Symposium
We once again regret to inform you, that due to the coronavirus, we have no option but to postpone our Symposium arranged for 12 September. Not only are the current numbers for gatherings still restricted to a maximum of 30, but we have also been approached by some members who are still concerned about meeting others indoors during this unprecedented time. If you have already booked, your place will automatically be transferred to March 2021.
We have now decided to rearrange and make it a 2-day event on March 20th and 21st next year at the same venue, Worcester Racecourse Conference Centre. A new programme and revised pricing will be circulated in due course.
When the programme has been confirmed, the office will contact everyone who has already booked to allocate the day of your choice, either Saturday 20th or Sunday 21st March. You will also have the option to book for the extra day. We appreciate your support during these difficult times and would ask you to transfer your booking rather than request a refund.

AGM
Our AGM will still take place this year via Zoom on Saturday 17th October 2020 at 11.00am. All supporting documents and instructions how to join the meeting will be circulated as soon as possible.
