Re: The dowsing gene
Lucky you, Kevin!! I'm ambidextrous - where does that leave me?!! On a more serious note, I agree that those who have dowsers in the family find it easy to dowse. None of my family have dowsed or for that matter, are interested in dowsing. They were/are not interested in my dowsing, so I r...

Re: US authorities investigate mystery death of 1,000 birds
Hello All,
Helen Healing made the same comment earlier.
But don't you think this is Earth just scratching an itch? In terms of percentage of worldwide population affected, it is small scale .......and some of it our own fault!
As they say "We ain't seen nothing yet!"

Re: US authorities investigate mystery death of 1,000 birds
It was with sadness and dismay, but no suprise, that I have read the articles in this thread and I agree with many of the comments made. IMHO, whilst capitalism and the profit ethos reign supreme and unchecked, with or without climate change, we are arrogantly in the process of manufacturing our own...

Re: pain from dowsing?
Firstly, to Grahame, I apologise, I obviously did not read your comment properly. Your grounding exercise is one of the best and well practiced among us healers, not just to ground ourselves, but as part of 'tuning in' healing energies. But I do believe there are 'negative' energies to balance the '...

Re: pain from dowsing?
I agree that protection in any dowsing situation is necessary, but it is interesting that both Grahame and Geoff homed in on negative/bad energies. I do not discount them in any way, they can be very strong, but strong positive/good energies can be detrimental too. I also used to get headaches and n...

Re: crystal grids
Hi Graham, I got it wrong - I meant a pentagon not a pentagram (5 pointed star?) You are right - I should look back into my EE Newsletters!! I've probably got that article - and read it - but so long ago I had forgotten! As a total dyslexic when it comes to numbers, anything with too much mathematic...

Re: pain from dowsing?
Hi Duster, I am a Reiki practitioner and before we start a new session with a client, we always say that the day after the first session the client may experience a healing crisis, ie a worsening of the condition they suffer from, and this will decrease with each session. Many EE sites are healing s...

Re: crystal grids
Hello all, I have been very interested to read about Pentagrams and your experiences. Whilst I have never put crystals on my Pentagram, I have for many years had a local map with my home and garden on it and have drawn a Pentagram that encompasses my home and garden. I retrace the pentagram about on...

Re: Do you believe in fairies?
Hi Helen, Never seen a faerie, but believe in several kinds of other 'entities'. Hard to know what to call each of them. I know I have two spirit guides, that help me with dowsing and healing. I have met 'beings' at West Kennet Long Barrow, have seen 'mist' at a Holy Well and have 'felt' presences a...

Re: Getting the Pendulum to move.
Dear Stevj016 Don't give up!! 30 odd years ago when I first was given a pendulum, a large brass plumber's bob on a length of cord, I tried for hours to make the **** thing move. And eventually I did. But then I learned that if I had I had it swinging gently too and fro the other responses came much ...

Re: Pendulum questions (newbie)
This subject seems to have got a bit off the mark, but 'them upstairs' do play a part. Any kind of dowsing needs questions to get an answer or responce. Whether you ask for permission or not, many things can determine whether your dowsing responsce will be correct or not, far to many to go into here...

Re: INTRODUCE YOURSELF
Hello all Fellow Dowsers! My name is Annie, and known as the old Dragon, hence my user name!! This is the first time I have ever joined a Forum! As a fairly long standing member of the BSD and a dowser for 30 years, I am fascinated by all this computer techno-stuff, tho' it takes my head a while to ...
