As security on the internet grows ever tighter, some browsers (e.g. Firefox) will refuse to access a web page that doesn't have a valid SSL certificate. This may include the forum, if you haven't updated your bookmarks and are still using http://... prefix for sites. You should see a little padlock icon at the start of the address bar in your browser. If the padlock is open with a red line through it, then the site is not secure.
Please ensure that you update your forum bookmark with the secure https://... prefix (with the extra 's'), that should cure the problem.
