University of Munich Dowsing Studies (Prof Hans Dieter Betz)

Post by Ian Pegler »

It has come to my attention that the old link to this important JSE paper has changed, so I am posting the new links here.

Part One:
http://www.scientificexploration.org/jo ... ber-1-1995

Part Two:
http://www.scientificexploration.org/jo ... ber-2-1995

I will try and keep this post up-to-date.

There's a good summary of the Betz research as well as a fairly-balanced explanation of dowsing on the PSI encyclopedia.

This is a nice little blog post referencing the Betz studies and the so-called 'analysis' by J T Enright, from parapsychology journalist Craig Weiler.

Nice post but the text repeats itself in places. Nevertheless some very interesting observations about the way pseudoskeptics always put a skew on things.

Yes, I noticed that too. I wondered if it had been written by ChatGPT, except that probably has better copy editor skills!
I have informed the author, I follow him on Twitter.
