Last night I was sitting quiet in the garden,when the mother Crow landed on next doors tv aerial,followed by last years baby,and this years two babies. A most wonderful moment like she was saying thanks for your help,really moving for me,just wish I could have done much more.

Walked outside about dinner time and heard a Crow call close to me, I looked up and saw the mother Crow and her two babies flying just the other side of the road from me.Im sure she knows I watch out for them, she gave me a sideways glance as she passed bless her,moments like this fill me with hope.

Its 17.56 and I have just seen the mother Crow over the road with her babies from last Summer and this Summer all together in the nest tree.I always leave some bread and things in the road when I drive out during the day, to give them some food if the weather is bad like today.Really putting out food is only needed in the cold Winter months for birds and animals, the Summer is when food for them is okay and they all put on weight.But I find it hard not to help the birds, and feed British Finch seed all year round in my garden in a feeder for them.It makes me feel good to know it helpsthem all.

So far this Summer I have just seen the one Swallow, just the 1, its the worst year I can ever remember for lack of Swallows, and to this date the Swifts have been thin on the ground as well.I dont know why this drop in Swallows, perhaps a bad nesting year last Summer, who knows, but its not a good sign at all.

Just seen the mother Crow outside my home but only the one baby with her, and as it rained all last night pretty well I hope its just I havent seen it yet.I put bread outside and the mother Crow fed the single Crow with it before moving off,its been a cold week so I hope the missing Crow is okay.No word of the father Crow with the broken wing yet, tried texting and ringing the place in Nuneaton but no reply from either.

Saw the mother Crow with the two new babies and the older male bird from last Summer again early this week, I put bread out for them and they did eat some of it,I put mixed corn out as well.Its nice to see this family group together, and it makes me wonder about the other Crow over Slough Park Coventry, havent seen that Crow with the deformed leg for weeks and weeks now,I hope that Crow has managed during this Corvid situation.It disappeared last year for months till Oct when it came back to the Park,so I hope its just busy someplace else and is in good health.No news of the male Crow with the broken wing,the Animal and bird places in Nuneaton just dont answer any text or phone calls yet ?

Still haven't seen many Swallows at all this Summer,where have all the Swallows gone,Swifts are everywhere in Bedworth,but no Swallows !!!!!!

About tea time tonight the mother Crow with its 3 babies from this and last summer passed right over my bungalow, I put bread out straight away but they never returned.Its so good to see this family group together, just wish the poor dad Crow was able to see this, still no news on him ?

Saw the mother Crow yesterday pass over the bungalow tea time, news of the father Crow,his wing was not broken but very bruised ,and as far as I know he is alive and will be released when he can fly again.I hope its a good ending to this story,my fingers are crossed he gets better,really want a good ending.

Saw 4 Swallows yesterday,first time this year I have seen this number of birds,just strange no birds about at all ??

Not seen the mother Crow or any of the babies for a few days now, I hope they are okay, I saw them about 18 hours most nights passing over my home.Last night when I was watering the flowers outside I saw a sick Bee on the floor looking bad, so I put it in the flowers to keep it safe, but this morning I found it dead under the flower pot,really upset me that.

Watering the flowers I have a Wood Pigeon nesting in one of my trees I see last night,its built a nest out of twigs and is sitting on this little pile high up in the tree, MORE mouths to feed.

Last night two Crows flew overhead and one called out once,followed by another two Crows a short distance behind them,I cannot say for certain but I think this was the Crow family from the tree over the road from me.The fields are being cut around me now so loads of food for birds just now.

First thing this morning I heard a male Crow calling right outside,it went off for ages front and back of my home,sounds like it needed help.I was in two minds to get up and see what was happening,but I had a bad night and was in pain for most of the night so I was really tired.Put some food out today later,just to see if the Crows are about ?

Heard the female Crow early this morning outside, I wonder if its the mother Crow from over the road,she has rested at night in the tree just at the bottom of my garden.I haven't seen the family together now for a while,but with the fields cut near me they will be feeding very well for a while.
