Isn't this something we've known for many a year?

Yes. This sounds/looks like a space filler.

Got to admit I’m not sleeping well at night now, and I often post here an hour before I go to bed, so I’m wondering if it’s affecting me. Perhaps try not to post one night and see what happens, waking up wide awake at 0300 is no fun, and then not able to drop off again, I’m not getting my beauty sleep, and at my age you need all you can get. :D

Well yesterday I never went on line here or anywhere I think, at my age you forget what day it is sometimes. Had my Corvid booster yesterday, and me needle phobic 110%, but I was treated so kind by the staff at Walsgrave University Hospital, they really went over the top to keep me calm and not panic at all, cannot express my gratitude enough.
Anyway I was saying, never used the iPad yesterday but still woke at 0300 hours again this morning, perhaps I should get a milkman’s job, IF only I could walk ??

I think having an Amethyst geode near the iPad or computer would take the radiation away if that’s what keeps people awake, my Moonkaite is next to me as I write, but that’s pure healing in my opinion, I dowse interference/radiation from 2 feet away from the iPad, so place the Amethyst between the iPad and me ??
