For us Brits, we can buy it at Amazon.

I walked barefoot for many years but now, living in London, I do it much less except when I'm in a grassy park & it's a nice day! Must do it more! 8)

Seriously though, it's a good book and I frequently recommend an earthing sheet to my clients. I find that I sleep better when earthed and the muscles are less stiff in the morning if I've been working hard the day before.

As to walking BAREfoot, it's a great way to cure jet-lag; although when I tried it in Canada on a grassy lawn a couple of years ago I ended up with feet covered in itchy bites from some near-invisible grass-dwelling bug.

tai chi with bare foot and loose clothing and

running on sand are extremely beneficial acts imo
