I am sad to let you know that Matt French, Chair of the Somerset Dowsers, passed over last week. He’d informed their committee of his illness just before Christmas, but they had no idea that they would lose him so quickly.
Matt was well known in dowsing circles, both locally and nationally, and he was a Trustee of the BSD for several years. His cheerful demeanour and considerable experience will be much missed.
Given the situation with lockdown, the remaining committee members will carry on for the time being, and are very grateful for group talks to keep things going, until such time as face to face meetings can resume.
