Building Houses on Intersection of Ley Lines

Post by nuts »

We have some land that has a number of ley lines on it, and there is an intersection of 5 of these line at one point on the land. I have two questions, what is the impact of building a house at this point, and secondly if someone is susceptable to being effected by energy lines how close does a house need to be to the ley lines that cross the site and how could that person be effected. Thanks

Hi Nuts

Here are some thoughts based on my experiences if living on and near energy lines, I am sure others on this forum will also help with other thoughts.

Firstly I would advise against building on the node itself. Lines can be problematic for people living in the house - especially for the more sensitive people. The only time I would say go ahead is if the people who were going to live there were aware of the lines and wanted to work with them in a positive way.

Secondly I have found that lines and nodes will move of their own accord - specifically away from those people with poor, or bad, conscious thoughts. I have even found lines move towards areas where good thoughts are frequent - hospices in particular and even some churches. So from that point of view the lines will not be a problem as they will move away from the place where the house is built.

As for proximity to them and siting a building, I would say that as long as you are a few meters away, most people would be fairly unaffected, especially if they were unaware of them.

Hope that helps

Rory,
With respect, a lot.
Could We better specify what each person means by the word "LINE"
I find lines and a substance that flows along the lines.
The lines I detect never ever move at all.
The content that flows upon them does move and can be influenced to move.

SOME years ago at Husbands Bosworth I dowsed a water line underground, with a single energy line running its length and direction above it..Within a week that water line had a three line energy line above it following its direction and getting stronger every day, it was exciting to watch it build over time and its influence...And a year ago I dowsed that same energy line still active and pulsing earth forces where I first found it, it offers a warm experience each time I walk past it, like meeting an old friend again....My experience of Leys/Energy lines is the power/influence can be pulled for want of a better word towards you from a yard away, the rod will pick up and work with this influence from that distance at least, perhaps even greater distances I dont know.So building a house a yard away from any Ley/Energy Line should be okay I imagine, I read in Japan they CANNOT build without first checking the area for its energies, seems they have MORE RESPECT for their dowsers than we get in the UK. Phases of the Moon can change a known energy/ley line path, making it move as the Moon changes, this might be thought about as well ?

I cannot see any problems that would affect the occupiers of a house built on the intersection of two or more ley lines. Many churches are built where these lines cross. Energy lines, however, are different. Just two water lines crossing beneath a house will create many problems as will two crossing geopathic stress lines. The energy from water lines is quite potent and needs to be sealed off if found beneath a building. Energy from g.s. lines needs to be sent over the building, using intent, not diverted or stopped. Electomagnetic energy is relatively easy to control.

Welcome to the forum, nuts.
Well, first off we have to determine what you are calling 'ley lines'. It's a common argument on this forum (and in the BSD in general) and by searching for 'ley lines' you will find several posts dealing with the subject (for example, HERE).

See also the EEG Encyclopedia of Terms (link broken)
.

Are these lines straight or sinuous? If straight, do they have a visual alignment to other features in the landscape? Are they wide or narrow? Are they all the same sort of line or different? Are they in a grid formation? Positive or negative? Stressed or healthy? Can you distinguish different levels of energy in each line? Can you dowse the colours of the lines...?
As you can see, there are a whole host of questions that you need to answer before determining if these lines would be beneficial or detrimental to your property and your health, and what qualities each of the lines has.

In very general terms, energy leys are the yang of earth energy, compared to the yin of water lines. In the home or workplace, if an energy ley is healthy and not traumatised, it can be good to have either a workroom, dining room or something like a meditation space on the ley (or ley crossing) as they would benefit from the energies. Conversely, it's not good to have one in a sleeping space as you would not find it restful. Energy leys carry a lot of informational content - sleeping on one you often feel that you are dreaming somebody else's' dreams - and spirits and other entities can also use the energy of leys to travel along, and you probably don't want that in your house either!
As others have said, the node or crossing point will have a vortex (link broken)
above them, and you definitely don't want one of those under your bed.

All aspects (including position) of energy leys, grids and lines fluctuate somewhat in accordance with lunar and solar cycles; so it is difficult to predict how far away from them you need to be as this distance might change (although a couple of metres should be OK as Rory says). Some can also be affected by human thought and emotions. If you are knowledgeable enough and prepared to invest the time and responsibility, it can be a good thing to work with these energies, making sure that the energies in your space are always healthy and beneficial to the inhabitants and all living things using it.
A more preventative approach that many dowsers would use is to use intent to divert the lines over or around the house, and take protective measures, possibly using crystals or other 'widgets', to harmonise the space inside the house itself.

As you can see, there are no simple answers to your questions! If you are at all unsure how to proceed, I would strongly recommend that you engage the services of a professional dowser specialising in geopathic stress to consult before, during and after the construction process.

Thanks for the help, it has been useful. I will try to get the answers to some of your questions regarding the ley lines. I am part of a co housing group that has the land with the ley lines on, and we are trying to establish the best way to build our houses, but my wife is quite sensitive to energy lines, so we want to make sure we are not going to do anything that adversly effects ourselves. I need to find out the source of the information regarding the ley lines and the type of lines they are, once I have this I will post the replies. Thanks again.

Hi Kevin
You are right definitions of lines are important and I think the BSD are on the button with their work here. Personally I think you are dowsing different types of lines to the ones I look for. None of the ones I track are straight and if yours are, then we appear to be tuning into different things, which is interesting and positive in a way as some relationship must exist between them.

Hi Nuts
One thing I have learnt about dowsing is that there is a huge amount to know and learn about it, knowledge will all be pooled one day, but until then you cannot get enough practical help with these things so I would reiterate Grahame's words on this and get in touch with one of the society's experts on geopathic stress. Need to know more about that area myself at some stage too.

We have a young friend who built on a intersection, he copped cancer right through his body and was so sick the life insurance policy was payed up. A smart woman has him back in health 3 years later after the doctors gave him up. The point being don't sleep on a ley line. We dowsed the lines and he had a trench dug through the lines away from the house and the trench was filled with quarts rock, that suited the soil type and made the lines spread and seem to go over the house to continue on. They can no longer be felt in the house with a effect on the house cat. The cat is now content on there bed. Seems that quarts suits gold bearing soils, had it been iron (red) soil scrap iron in the trench would work so I'm told. Being on a ley is like eating to much ice cream, to much of a good thing will effect your health and I have been told the Germans call houses on leys cancer houses. Hope this helps.
