Interesting photograph.
Just on the subject of ghostly photos. As a member of a paranormal investigation group we used to get photographs submitted to us for our views. One was causing a bit of a stir until it was revealed that you can get an i phone app which can put a variety of ghostly figures onto any photo on your phone.
Sometimes technology can just get in the way.

The white patch in the photo is I believe very strong in energy, not evil but a form of energy that resides in that building, and its not someone who was killed there, but who for what ever reason lives/haunts there.The child like shape has energy, and again I feel resides there rather than someone who was put to death there,I feel the photo is a paranormal spirit force of sorts.
