I've added a forum extension that allows you to embed videos and other media in your posts - simply click on the icon above the posting window that looks like a TV screen (to the right of the font size drop-down box), then paste your link in between the {media}{/media} codes.
It works with a wide variety of media sources including YouTube, Google, Vimeo, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram... pretty much anything that you can find with a 'share' option. Here's a link from my Twitter feed for example:
