The Dying Art of Dowsing

Post by Grahame »

This is a nice article about ASD members at work. There's some 'party line' scepticism from the reporter, but otherwise it's not too derogatory.

Also nice to see Lisa Lacoss, the ASD office manager, get a mention.

Is dowsing a dying art? Discuss... ;)

The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it - Terry Pratchett.

Dowsing can never die if young people get involved, and are happy dowsing and finding things, its magical to a young mind when the L rod moves on its own and you see their eyes open wide.I dont get involved with muscle movement or what ever,I just explain when you cross the spring it will try and follow it and point to it.I remember when I took my granddaughter dowsing a genuine crop circle, she picked it up so fast finding things which I never knew was there, it came so honest and pure, it was a magical time for us both, those were good days.
