Some thoughts on Herbalism

From one perspective, herbalism is based on the belief that every body, living or otherwise, has an etheric counterpart which exhibits it's own quality or essence.
Ether is a subtle form of matter which has its own base quality and every living thing adds it's own quality - the result of it's own life activity - to that basal etheric quality which supported it's own constitution.
The contribution of individual quality does not directly return to the basal quality of the contributory ether but is collected, when the lower form dies, and deposited in a reservoir for the benefit of future generations.
What is changing, and will become increasingly possible to future generations, is that mankind will be granted direct access to that reservoir of quality for the purpose of hastening the process of evolution and the efficient upgrading of existing physical forms by scientific methodology.
In future, health will be linked to the quality of the nutritional components in an individual's diet and thus the need for medical restitution will be much reduced.
The health of all life on this planet will depend on the quality of the plant material it consumes and that quality will increasingly become the province, the service, the manipulatory assignment, of mankind.
